Where do you deliver?
We currently only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days.
During peak seasons, it may take 6–7 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with the tracking information.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Who pays for return shipping?
